People get placed on hold. It's a fact. Another fact is that a professionally produced on hold message can actually help your practice sell more dentistry!
In a matter of minutes, you too can be informing your patients while they are on-hold about your current events, valuable new services, and other additions to your Offering. It can also give your team an 'edge' with more challenging calls by giving them a few moments to prepare themselves for what may otherwise be perceived by the caller as an unwelcome
interruption.
The service is designed to allow you to change the content of your message quarterly, so you may keep the content current and interesting for your callers.
Once you enroll in the Service, a script of approximately four minutes in length will be developed and sent to your personal Dashboard.
Digital Hardware
A high quality USB Digital Playback Unit automatically loads your program from a removable flash (also called thumb) drive that is provided with your Unit. This Unit runs 24 hours a day with no moving parts. The digitizing rate for our machines gives you the cleanest recording and playback possible.
All machines include an unconditional repair or replacement warranty. Your warranty is valid for the life of your service.

All necessary hardware* script production**, professional voice talent (male or female), background music, recording in a state of the art sound studio, and your own online update center for revising your productions. (*Initial charge of $497 plus separate $57 monthly subscription charge required. First month is included in initial payment)
*Digital playback unit, flash drive, and starter message included. In rare instances (very old phone system) an additional adapter may be required. **All projects (including script preparation and recording) will be completed within 10 working days from the date an Approved OHM Script is submitted.
